Listening Sessions To Be Held
In April a new page in the history of the diocese began when Bishop Whitmore became Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Atlanta. The Standing Committee became the Ecclesiastical Authority taking on the responsibility for the Diocese.
Deacon Jo Glasser, Ph.D. will be spearheading a 'Listening Session' process to develop questions to be used in small groups around the diocese to produce useable information for consideration in the future. As soon as possible, something more definite, including dates and locations of Listening Sessions, will be communicated in August after the Standing Committee, Trustees, and Executive Council combined meeting.
